Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to see if we can arrange shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to your order once it reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
